Welcome to Lynbrook Public Library

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Lynbrook Public Library is a group of volunteers dedicated to supporting and expanding the services offered by the Library to both adults and children.

The Friends have donated chairs, a portable stage, shades and a movie screen for the meeting room so that the library may present programs, lectures and concerts. In addition, we underwrite many of these programs, including the Final Celebration for the children's Summer Reading Program.

Our fundraising activites include:

A Spring Victorian TeaVictorian Lady

.

This delightful Victorian-style tea features a delectable assortmant of savories, sandwiches, desserts and, of course, a wide variety of teas, served in style by volunteers from local schools.

Thanks for making this year's tea a big sucess!
