Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Lynbrook Public Library is a group of volunteers dedicated to supporting and expanding the services offered by the Library to both adults and children.

The Friends have donated chairs, a portable stage, shades and a movie screen for the meeting room so that the library may present programs, lectures and concerts. In addition, we underwrite many of these programs, including the Final Celebration for the children's Summer Reading Program.

Member Donations

Annual donations starts at $10.00 for seniors and students and are up for renewal during April and May. Donations are tax deductible.

The Friends of the Lynbrook Public Library needs your support. We certainly welcome your donations of "dues," but your time and talents are needed even more. You will meet new people, contribute to your community, and have the satisfaction of giving support to a great institution.
